I'm taking my nephew to see Puss In Boots in the cinema tomorrow, and to be honest I'm really looking forward to it myself!
I loved the Shrek films, they're so funny and have that comedy for adults as well as kids. I love the way they slip in these jokes that the grown ups will get but will go completely over the heads of the younger ones in the audience.
I've just ripped my copies of Shrek 1, 2 and 3 from my DVDs to my laptop in video files, and then stored them onto an r4 card that I'm going to give my nephew after the film, so he can watch all the Shrek history there is after we've seen Puss In Boots!
I love having nephew time, it's nice to have kiddy days watching kid films and making funny kid-friendly jokes and eating popcorn, and he's so small and cute. Having a niece or nephew is like the best parts of having a kid!
