Im working for someone who's started his own company and im really learning a lot! My Boss has been telling me how he started using Bow and Arrow around 3 months ago. He says the difference they have made to his business is incomprehensible! They are able to make notes of decisions made at an executive level, and ensure that all of these decisions and ideas are implemented in the appropriate way. It has empowered his executive employees because they can now see their decisions being implemented! It’s great! It's changed his life and now he's able to hire new staff like me!

I'm taking my nephew to see Puss In Boots in the cinema tomorrow, and to be honest I'm really looking forward to it myself! I loved the Shrek films, they're so funny and have that comedy for adults as well as kids. I love the way they slip in these jokes that the grown ups will get but will go completely over the heads of the younger ones in the audience. I've just ripped my copies of Shrek 1, 2 and 3 from my DVDs to my laptop in video files, and then stored them onto an r4 card that I'm going to give my nephew after the film, so he can watch all the Shrek history there is after we've seen Puss In Boots! I love having nephew time, it's nice to have kiddy days watching kid films and making funny kid-friendly jokes and eating popcorn, and he's so small and cute. Last wednesday i took the day off work. The weather was getting to me, and was making me feel really ill, so i decided that ti was best to stay home and look after myself. I often find that it is better to take one day off at the beginning of a sickness to help myself get rid of the illness, than to have to take 4 days off at the end of the sickness because it won’t go away. It is a much more cost-effective way of doing it, and is useful at the moment because i have so much work it is scary! However, i get the feeling that all that may have changed now. On the same evening, i woke up at around 8 o’clock to try and eat something and get into my normal night-before-work routine. When i checked the Wednesday lottery numbers i was gobsmacked! I won! I won it all! I won over twenty five million pounds, more money that I have ever had in my life, in one minute- less work than I’ve ever done in my life! I am, understandably, over the moon.

I’ve had my new water dispenser installed and it is one of the most useful appliances that i have ever bought for my home. I had deliberated over the purchase for some time, until one of my friends convinced me that it was the most effective way to ensure that I drink the right amount of water. Drinking water is important, because it ensures a healthy development of the body and mind. Water is particularly important for a brain development, and without enough water I get concentration lapses! Deosn'y help that I'm still wishing I was on holiday with my friends! I was going to get a boiling water tap but my water dispenser is the lets me have a soothing hot drink or a chilled one. Plus I think I'm being really eco friendly...This water dispenser has made my life so much easier, and it even helps me relax after a stressful day!

I was musing about politics and news today, place a group of politicians in a room, and inevitably you will find more arguments than agreements, and more problems than solutions. However, all would agree one one thing; communication is an art that must be practised with extreme care and attention. Communication is the business of politicians, they are it’s salesmen. This has been true since even the oldest civilisations of humanity. However, the types of communication used by politicians has been morphed throughout time, so that skills required to be a successful member of parliament today are much different to that required 100 years ago. Today the world is dominated by television, the internet, and 24-hour rolling news services. This means that for the first time in our history, we now consume news in the present, rather than the past. Our society today is more instantaneous than anything our grand-parents, or their politicians, would have comprehended.
